農藥是植物的治療藥物及保健食品,它既可以防止病蟲害也可以修復受到傷害的植物以保障農產品的品質及安全, 「食品安全」 不僅是政府與業者,更是消費大眾持續關注的議題,現今消費大眾健康意識逐漸提升,消費者重視飲食的安全和衛生,使得消費者更加注重食物的在地性、無用藥以及具有保障的來源認證,並且願意花更多費用支持,進而影響到消費習慣。同時留意產品的原料來源、成分組成、添加物等,進而選擇少添加、無添加的食品避免攝取加工產品,因應健康均衡飲食蔬果需求量日益增大,伴隨而來的便是存在著農藥殘留之隱憂。本研究運用以上研究背景作為基礎,藉由調查消費者消費過程對於農藥殘留之認知,消費行為及食品安全之態度等。本研究之受訪地區以大台北地區為主,其中包含臺北市、新北市與基隆市民眾。使用google網路問卷,於110年10月發放至111年3月底,回收506份,有效樣本數為506份;有效回收率100%。本研究統計受訪者性別比例平均1:1,地區以雙北為主,年齡分布以21-40歲居多,教育程度為大學或專科以上,職業以學生及服務業佔多數,收入3萬元以下及3萬元-5萬元,未婚者且以葷食為主要飲食習慣。研究表明,許多相關法規法令其實政府機關已實行多年,但至今消費者仍然不了解,顯示政府機關與消費者之間資訊不對稱的現象,另外,從統計數據顯示,多數消費者同意為了食品安全,將衍生之費用加注於產品本身,進而提供其售價;並且希望政府機關可多加宣導相關知識,同時加強業者及種植者的教育訓練,避免因不明來源或非經屬實的媒體資訊造成消費者的恐慌。未來研究結果可供政府機關部門及業者參考,根據瞭解消費者所重視的食品安全之面向加以改善,以降低消費者對於農藥誤解及消除心中的疑慮,讓相關知識融入生活中使消費者對於食品安全能夠更加了解,以落實從農場到餐桌每個環節皆符合環保、安全標準。
Pesticides are therapeutic medicines and health foods for plants. They can not only prevent pests and diseases, but also repair damaged plants to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. Consumers' awareness of health is gradually increasing, and consumers pay attention to the safety and hygiene of food, which makes consumers pay more attention to the locality of food, drug-free and guaranteed source certification, and are willing to spend more money for support, which in turn affects consumption habits. At the same time, pay attention to the source of raw materials, composition of ingredients, additives, etc. of the product, and then choose less-added and no-added foods to avoid ingesting processed products. In response to the increasing demand for healthy and balanced diet vegetables and fruits, there is also the presence of pesticide residues. worries. Based on the above research background, this study investigates consumers' perceptions of pesticide residues, consumer behaviors, and attitudes toward food safety in their consumption process. The surveyed areas of this study are mainly in the Greater Taipei area, including the residents of Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City. Using the Google Forms, distributed from October 2011 to the end of March 2011, 506 copies were recovered, and the number of valid samples was 506; the effective recovery rate was 100%. The average gender ratio of the respondents in this study is 1:1. The region is dominated by Taipei City and New Taipei City, the age distribution is mostly 21-40 years old, the education level is university or college degree or above, the occupation is mostly students and the service industry, and the income is 30,000 yuan. Below and 30,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan, unmarried and meat food as the main eating habit. Studies have shown that many relevant laws and regulations have been implemented by government agencies for many years, but consumers still do not understand it, which shows the phenomenon of information asymmetry between government agencies and consumers. In addition, statistics show that most consumers agree that for food safety , add the derived costs to the product itself, and then provide its price; and hope that government agencies can promote relevant knowledge and strengthen the education and training of the industry and growers to avoid unidentified sources or untrue media information. Consumer panic. The results of future research can be used by government agencies and industry for reference, and improvements will be made based on understanding the aspects of food safety that consumers value, so as to reduce consumers' misunderstandings about pesticides and eliminate their doubts, and integrate relevant knowledge into life so that consumers can understand food safety. Safety can be better understood to implement environmental protection and safety standards in every link from farm to fork.
